The MOC8204SR2M is a phototransistor-type optically coupled optoisolator. This device consist of gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode which is coupled with high voltage NPN silicon phototransistor. This device is supplied in a standard plastic six-pin dual-in-line package. It has an Operating Temperature range of -40 °C to +85 °C.
