The TIL117M is a 30 V 7500 V Throught Hole Single Channel Phototransistor Optocoupler. It Comes in a Package of DIP-6 and Operating Temperature Ranges from -40 to 100 °C.

It consist of a gallium arsenide infrared emitting diode driving a silicon phototransistor in a 6-pin dual in-line package.
