The ISL12008IB8Z is a low power real time clock with battery reseal function, available in surface mount SOIC-8 package.

This device provides power-fail indicator, software alarm and intelligent battery backup and uses an external, low-cost 32.768 kHz crystal. The real time clock tracks time with separate registers for hours, minutes, and seconds.
