Description of Change:Change of the Die Attach from a PFAS-containing to a PFAS-free Adhesive of the MPU Die of the Crystal Oscillator (XO) of Select Clock Generator Multi-Chip Modules.Diodes is making a change in the die attach (DA) adhesive being used under the microprocessor (MPU) die of the crystal oscillator (XO) manufactured by Diodes. This XO serves as one of two components present in a Clock Generator multi-chip module. The current DA used under the MPU die contains PFAS, a substance known to pose significant risks to humans and the environment. This DA is being replaced by PFAS-free LOCTITE® ABLESTIK ABP 2025DNP.The XO itself is manufactured in Diodes internal AT site (PCL) in Taoyuan City, Taiwan. The XO die is paired with a second die at the Diodes external AT site Greatek Electronics Inc. (GTK) to form a clock generator multichip moduleImplementation Date: September 29, 2026
