To ensure continuity of supply, Diodes has transferred wafer manufacturing for products requiring process technologies HL50S and HL50L to SK Key Foundry FAB4 in Cheongju, South Korea. This PCN is being issued to notify customers of the changes.Full electrical characterization and reliability testing have been completed on representative part numbers to ensure there is no change to product reliability, device functionality or electrical specifications in the datasheet.
There is some miscommunication within Diodes so we wrongly put below Pericom brand of parts in EOL PCN 2654. We are working on amending PCN2654 and remove these parts in updated PCN.We will continue to supply these items. Sorry for the confusion.
