The MOTIX™ TLE988x and TLE9899x devices integrate the gate driver, microcontroller, CAN-FD/CAN2.0 communication interface, non-volatile flash memory and power supply onto a single die. Customers benefit not only from fast and robust communication but also from the highest computing performance thanks to 60 MHz switching frequency and dual flash supporting read-while-write operation. The TLE988x/9x stand out as the most high-performing family within the MOTIX™ MCU portfolio with most devices offering ISO26262 (ASIL B) compliance for functional safety and some variants with built-in cybersecurity features.

  • 2- and 3-phase bridge driver with charge pump and PWM generator

  • 1 current sense amplifier for motor current sensing via shunt
  • 1x 12-bit ADC with 19 chan. and 1x 10-bit ADC with 12 channel
  • 14-bit sigma-delta ADC
  • Temperature range: Tj: -40°C up to 175°
