SP-CAP™ Polymer Aluminum
Panasonic’s SP-Cap™ Polymer Aluminum Capacitors are Surface-Mount (SMT) Capacitors that utilize a conductive polymer as their electrolyte material in a layered aluminum design. Primarily used as input and output Capacitors for DC/DC converters due to ultra-low ESR values, SP-Cap Capacitors are high voltage options with the ability to withstand high reflow temperatures.
Panasonic POSCAP™ capacitors feature stable capacitance at high frequency and temperature with low-ESR/ESL. POSCAP™ utilizes a sintered tantalum anode with a proprietary high-conductivity polymer cathode. POSCAP™ Capacitors are available in various, compact package sizes for a small PCB footprint while offering high volumetric efficiency for capacitance.
Available in both surface-mount and through hole types, Panasonic's OS-CON™ Aluminum-Polymer Solid Capacitors are utilize aluminum and a highly conductive polymer material to offer low ESR, excellent noise reduction and ripple current capabilities. The OS-CON™ Series parts are known for long-life and minimal ESR changes throughout the entire product line’s rated temperature range.
