This strategic move primarily involves refining the glass passivation technique to enhance the overall performance of our products. The process focuses on optimizing the glass layer within the die groove, ensuring it does not interfere with the die separation process, while maintaining the electrical characteristics of the devices and ensuring there is no compromise on performance metrics.Please be informed that this change will be phased in gradually. Starting from October 1st, shipments will include products manufactured using the PG process. The specific part numbers affected by this transition will be detailed in an accompanying attachment for your reference. Enclosed is a comparative visual representation depicting the modifications pre and post-optimization.
