This change is driven by COO determination set by the World Customs Organization and World Trade Organization and focus on Essential character and Substantial transformation which are subject to HS code change.The entire COO update will be initiated from October 21 st 2024 and products will be no longer a subject for Tariff surcharge during the import to United StatesThe list of products part numbers with COO change is shared as appendix b on the attached SPCN document.
