The NC7WZ00K8X is a Ultra Highspeed dual 2-input NAND gate,designed for optimized power and speed.It operates with core supply voltage ranging from 1.65 V to 5.5 V.

This device is fabricated with an advanced CMOS technology to achieve Ultra high speed operation with high ouput drive,while maintaining extremely low static power dissipation.
