The TLV431AE5TA is a part of TLV431 Series 1.24 V cost effective shunt Regulator.
The TLV431 is a three terminal adjustable shunt regulator offering excellent temperature stability and output current handling capability up to 20 mA. It has an Operating temperature ranges b/w -40 °C to 150 °C and it is available in a SOT-25 package.
The TLV431 can be used as a replacement for zener diodes in many applications requiring an improvement in zener performance.
