The 1N5820 thru 1N5822 series of 3 A Schottky barrier rectifiers have a voltage range of 20 - 40 Volts and a peak forward surge current of 80 A. The 1N5820 thru 1n5822 series also has a low forward voltage drop and a high current capability.
The 1N5822-TP is a lead free, RoHS compliant Shottky barrier rectifier with a maximum recurrent peak reverse voltage of 40 V, a maximum RMS voltage of 28 V and a maximum DC blocking voltage of 40 V. The 1N5822-TP also has a peak forward surge current of 25 A.Pricing Section
