Description of ChangesThis Product Change No fica on (PCN) is to inform about a transfer of tools and/or processes sender supplier Germny to receiver supplier Germany (both Germany). The transfer follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality, ability to supply and form-fit-function of the concerned products, including internal release and product validation as per OEM/CAM requirements, where applicable. The new manufacturing location operates under a certified quality management system in accordance with defined requirements. PPAP/PSW will be prepared (as per agreements between the two parties, including the negotiated TE trigger matrix), a request via ePPAP (via www.te.com or request to TE Sales representative) needs to be initiated by Customer within 2 weeks a per receiving of this PCN. In case no request is obtained till above mentioned date, PPAP/PSW will be considered as approved and the change is considered as fully releasedReason for Changes:As a result of a thorough analysis of demand picture, matching our customer needs, we are going to optimize value stream of PNs in scope of this PCN. This transfer will support the need of our customers for shorter lead-times and optimized value streams. The transferred tool is only a backup tool for an approved tool already in production at supplier. Tranferred PN's 968136-2 / 968137-2 / 968137-6 / 968679-2.
General Product Description:Change in Delivery Unit & Minimum Order QuantityDescription of Changes:This product change notification (PCN) is to inform you about a change in delivery unit & minimum order quantity (MOQ) impacting PNs listed below in this PCN. As of July 20, 2023 we will increase the delivery unit & the minimum order quantity according to attached file. The order quantity should therefore be not less than the MOQ and should be dividable through the MOQ. Dimensions and material of product and shipping box will stay the same. The change has no impact to form-fit-function. TE Change process follows a strict procedure, which fully maintains quality and ability to supply. The product in scope of this PCN is TE general sales / catalogue product, therefore TE reserves the right to determine delivery unit & MOQ. No PPAP will be submitted for this PCN.Reason for Changes:New specification.New specification to assure standardized and uniform packaging for each basic product part number, to improve sustainability and minimize quality risks.
