The Lc03-3.3 transient voltage suppressor is a great choice when protecting components which are connected to high speed telecommunication lines from voltage surges that are caused by lighting, electrostatic discharge (ESD), cable discharge events, and electrical transients.

The lc03-3.3 features low capacitance and for high speed interfaces and low clamping and low operating voltage of 3.3. the lc03-3.3 offers an integrated structure which saves board space and increases reliability. The lc03-3.3 is built using solid state EPD technolgy.
