General Description of ChangesThe Industrial and Commercial Transportation business unit of TE Connectivity is adding a manufacturing location in Queretaro, Mexico, and transferring some molding tools and assembly lines from Empalme, Mexico and Tullahoma, TN to the new location. The part numbers affected by this move are listed below: These PNs are TE proprietary designs, therefore considered catalog/general market products. TE reserves the right to move the tool back to the prior location based on business needs. PPAP and/or sample requests must be submitted within 14 days of PCN submission via ict-ppap-request@te.com or ePPAP system. Sample availability may be limited and based on connector families, Level 1 PPAP will be provided. Submission will not occur without request. If PPAP is requested, a disposition response is required within 14 days of submit date or it will be considered approved.Reason for Changes:Dear Customer, we hereby inform you of this tools/assembly lines transfer needed to expand and realign our manufacturing capacity. IMPORTANT: This is a non form fit function change. The manufacturing process at the new manufacturing location will remain the same as the previous one. Parts from any manufacturing location can be used interchangeably in the field. The transfer is being phased in to guarantee undisrupted delivery of parts. Shipments of any locations may be mixed.
