The BD6222FP-E2 is a Part of BD6222FP Series 18 V 2A mA surface mount H-Bridge drivers for DC Brush Motor applications available in HSOP-25 Package.Each IC can opperate at a range of power supply voltage from 6 V to 15 V supporting output currents of upto 2 A.
