The L6386ED013TR is an high-voltage high and low side driver equipped with embedded comparator and bootstrap diode and it enables to drive independent referenced channel power MOS or IGBT, this device is manufactured with the BCD "OFF-LINE" technology, available in surface mount SOIC-14 package.
