ROHM | BH76360FV-E2

The BH76360FV-E2 is a  video signal switching ICs, each with six inputs and one circuit input, which feature wide dynamic range and frequency response. It is available in surface mount TSSOP-16 Package.

Since these ICs can be used with low voltage starting at Vcc=2.8 V, they are applicable not only in stationary devices but also in mobile devices and supports a broad range of input signals, depending on whether or not a 6dB video amplifier and video driver are included and what combination of sync tip clamp type and bias (resistor termination) type inputs are used.

• Able to use a wide range of power supply voltage, from 2.8V to 5.5V

• Excellent frequency response (100kHz / 10MHz 0dB [typ.])
• No crosstalk between channels (Typ. -65dB, f=4.43MHz)
• Built-in standby function, circuit current during standby is 0µA (Typ.)
• Sync tip clamp input (BH76360FV)
• Bias input (Zin=150kohm) (BH76361FV)
• 6dB amp and 75ohm driver are built in
• Enables two load drivers [when using output coupling capacitor]
• Able to be used without output coupling capacitor (BH76360FV)
