The MIC5281-3.3YMM is part of  MIC5281 Series 120 V 25 mA high-performance linear regulator offers a very-wide input operating voltage range, up to 120 V DC, and supplies an output current of up to 25 mA

The MIC5281 offers ±3% initial accuracy,extremely high-power supply rejection ratio (>90db) and ultra-low quiescent current of 6 μA. The MIC5281 is optimized for high-voltage line transients, making it ideal for harsh environment applications
