The MCP809T-460I/TT is a part of MCP809 Series Voltage Supervisors. It can sustain a standard temperature ranging from -40°C to +85°C. It is available in SOT23-3 package.
The MCP809 is a voltage supervisory device designed to keep a microcontroller in reset until the system voltage has reached the proper level and stabilized. It also operates as protection from brown-out conditions when the supply voltage drops below a safe operating level. It has a CMOS push-pull output with active low reset and is available in a choice of seven different trip voltages.
