The 74VHC245MTCX is a High speed CMOS Octal bus Transceiver with 3-state outputs, fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. Available in TSSOP-20 Package.

It achieves high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.

  • High Speed: tPD = 4.0 ns (typ) at VCC = 5 V
  • High Noise Immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC (Min)
  • Power Down Protection is provided on all inputs
  • Low Noise: VOLP = 0.9 V (typ)
