The PIC16F716 features 4 channels of 8-bit Analog-to-Digital (A/D) converter with 2 additional timers and a enhanced capture/compare/PWM function that make it ideal for more advanced level A/D applications in automotive, industrial, appliances and consumer applications.

The PIC16F716-I/SO 8-bit Microcontroller has  3.5K of Flash Program Memory with 13 I/O's.  It's maximum CPU speed is 20 MHz with an operating voltage range of 2V - 5.5V in a 18-Pin SOIC package.  It has an industrial temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and is lead free.
