Sullins | GBC36SAAN

Sullins offers .100" contact center male headers.  Available in 1 or 2 rows, in lengths of 1 to 36 contacts per row. 

Sullins manufactures headers for use in SMT or dip solder applications, in straight or right angle contact terminations.  There is a variety of contact option lengths to choose from, including common industry lengths.   

Standard material for housing is manufactured in Black PBT.  We also offer in PA9T for SMT or any application that requires longer processing time.  Contact material used is Phosphor Bronze.  There are 3 plating options to choose from that meet Rohs compliant standards.   

Part can be used in applications that require 3 Amp Current Rating with operating temperatures that can range from -65oC to +125oC.

GBC36SAAN is a 36 position, single row, straight dip solder male header.  

Insulator material PA9T used in applications that require processing temperature 260oC, for 120 seconds maximum.  Contacts are .025” square, plated with .000010” Gold on contact surface, .000100” pure tin, matte on termination and .000050” nickel underplate.  Head dimension on contact is .230” with .120” tail.
