This BZX84C series is offered in the convenient, surface mount plastic SOT-23 package and is ideally suited for Automated Assembly Processes.
The BZX84C series has breakdown voltage range – 2.4 V to 39 V.
The BZX84C24-7-F is a lead, Halogen and Antimony free, RoHS Compliant “Green” Device.This Zener diode is designed to provide voltage regulation with a minimum working voltage of 24 Volts and 5.79% tolerance.
The BZX84C24-7-F also provides total power dissipation of 350mW
