Fonctionnalités et applications
The 74HCU04 is high-speed Si-gate CMOS devices and is pin compatible with low power Schottky TTL (LSTTL). It is specified in compliance with JEDEC standard No. 7A. The 74HCU04 is a general purpose hex inverter. Each of the six inverters is a single stage.
Features:
- Optimized for low voltage applications: 1.0 to 6.0 V
- Accepts TTL input levels between VCC = 2.7 V and VCC = 3.6 V
- Low typ "ON" resistance:
- 60 Ohm at VCC - VEE = 4.5 V
- 90 Ohm at VCC - VEE = 3.0 V
- 145 Ohm at VCC - VEE = 2.0 V
- Logic level translation: to enable 3 V logic to communicate with ± 3 V analog signals
- Typical "break before make" built in
- Analog/Digital multiplexing and demultiplexing
