The 74VHC245MTCX is a High speed CMOS Octal bus Transceiver with 3-state outputs, fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. Available in TSSOP-20 Package.
It achieves high speed operation similar to equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipation.
Features:
- High Speed: tPD = 4.0 ns (typ) at VCC = 5 V
- High Noise Immunity: VNIH = VNIL = 28% VCC (Min)
- Power Down Protection is provided on all inputs
- Low Noise: VOLP = 0.9 V (typ)
- Low Power Dissipation: ICC = 4 µA (Max) @ TA = 25°C
- Pin and Function Compatible with 74HC245
