The FODM3012R2V_NF098 is apart of FODM305X series Single Channel 3750 Vrms Random-Phase Triac Driver Output Optocoupler. It consists of a GaAs infrared emitting diode driving a silicon bilateral switch housed in a compact 4-pin mini-flat package

The lead pitch is 2.5 4mm. They are designed for interfacing between electronic controls and power triacs to control resistive and inductive loads for 115 V/240 V operations.
