The SP338EER1-L is a part of SP338E Series 3.3 V or 5 V 20 Mbps RS-232/RS-485/RS-422 Transceiver with Internal Termination. It is having an operating temperature range of -40°C to +85°C and available in QFN-40 package.
The SP338 operates from a single power supply, either 3.3 V or 5 V, with low idle current. The shutdown mode consumes less than 10 μA for low power standby operation.
