Sullins offers .100" contact center male edgecard. Part can be used as an alternative to PCB and can mate with Sullins .431” or .610” profile edgecard. Available in 2 row, in lengths of 4 to 60 contacts per row, with or without mounting ears, depending on # of contacts per row.
Sullins manufactures male edgecard for use in dip solder applications, in straight with .200” row spacing or right angle includes .150” or .200” row spacing contact terminations. Sullins also offers wire wrap and card extender bend for straddle mount. There is a variety of contact option lengths to choose from or can request custom length if prefer.
Standard material for housing is manufactured in blue PBT. We also offer in PA9T for applications that requires longer processing time. Contact material used is Phosphor Bronze. There are 3 plating options to choose from that meet Rohs compliant standards.
Part can be used in applications that require 3 Amp Current Rating with operating temperatures that can range from -65oC to +150oC.
EBC15MMMD is a dual row15 position, 30 contacts total, male edgecard, .100” contact centers, wire wrap termination with mounting ears.
Insulator material PBT used in applications that require processing temperature 260°C, for 10 seconds maximum. Contacts are .025” square, plated with .000010” Gold on contact surface, .000100” pure tin, matte on termination and .000050” nickel underplate. Tail length .560” with .200” row spacing.
