General Description of Changes: Dear Valued Customer, the listed part numbers are currently sourced from TE Connectivity (TE) manufacturing site in Collegno (Italy). These part numbers may be sourced from TE Collegno manufacturing site, TE Qingdao (China) manufacturing site and TE Lickdale (US) manufacturing site from a period starting on July 30th, 2024 until September 30th, 2025, at the latest. Mixed shipments may be possible. After September 30th, 2025, these part numbers will be dual sourced from TE Qingdao (China) manufacturing site & TE Lickdale (US) manufacturing site. An internal release based on applicable TE specifications will be executed before any parts will be delivered, to ensure product performance is compliant with applicable TE specifications. Description of Changes:Below mentioned PN will be packaged with different carton reel, according to TE Standard to optimize process and reduce shortage risk. Pls check attached documentation to show comparison between current reel and new one to be implemented.
Part Status:
The TE FASTIN-FASTON connectors offer the advantage of the FASTON receptacles technology in multiple applications. In wiring harnesses, they are mainly used as multiposition and coupling connectors. Up to 8 position connectors can be mated in one operation with a maximum of 20 leads terminated.
