UPDATE to previous PCN 88110..Impact on our products by Inappropriate Identification on Nylon resin Amilan and PBT resin TORAYCON of Toray Industries, Inc. Toray Industries, Inc. (Hereinafter Toray) announced followings about Nylon resin Amilan and PBT resin TORAYCON (Hereafter Applicable materials) that were improperly identified as receiving certification from Underwriters Laboratories, a third-party safety science organization in the United States (hereinafter, "UL"). We are writing to inform you of the impact on our products. 1 Announcement from Toray As a result of discussions between UL and Toray regarding the handling of UL certified applicable materials, Toray received the following conclusion from UL. (1) For all applicable materials for which inappropriate actions were made in FUS (follow-up service) in the past, it has been decided that the existing UL certification registration continues as it is. (2) Even for grades for which inappropriate actions were not made, UL certification registration continues as it is. Impact on our products:From the announcement from Toray that the UL certification registration of the applicable materials continues, there is no impact on UL certification registration of our products using the applicable materials.
Part Status:
The FX2 series offers both Board to Board and Cable to Board solutions. The board to board stack height can vary from 12mm to 16mm. The right angle SMT is equipped with the metal holddowns. The straight SMT can be chosen, with or without the metal holddowns. Computers, Peripherals and terminals, and Office equipment would be potential applications.
The FX2CA2-40P-1.27DSAL(71) is a forty (40) position board to board header. It is a straight , cleaning type and contact type header with a PCB locking clip. The contact pitch is 1.27 mm. The Header is Gold plated with and rated for 0.5 amps.
