The LM2931AD50R is a 5 V output voltage and 100 mA output current low drop voltage regulator with inhibit function, available in surface mount SOIC-8 package.
The very low drop voltage and the low quiescent current make this device particular suitable for low noise, low power applications and in battery-powered systems.

- Very low dropout voltage (0.15 V typ. at 10 mA load)
- Low quiescent current (typ. 2.5 mA, at 100 mA load)
