The Renesas RA8T2 ASSP microcontroller delivers exceptional real-time performance and precise control for demanding industrial motor applications. Built on a cutting-edge 22 nm ULL process, it offers single or dual-core options, including a 1 GHz Arm Cortex-M85 and a 250 MHz Cortex-M33 for optimized task separation.

With integrated large-capacity memory, advanced timers, and comprehensive connectivity, including dual-channel Gigabit Ethernet with TSN and an optional EtherCAT® slave controller, the RA8T2 simplifies system design while ensuring secure, reliable operation.
