This brand-new assembly factory is to fulfill our strategy to invest in state-of-the-art power semiconductor assembly capabilities to dramatically improve our service levels to customers. Our target is to build this factory as a world class facility with automated, error proof processes to meet the highest quality standards. Contact our local Sales team in case you would like to understand more about this new factory. Below is the detail changes associate with this Assembly Location change: 1) Silicon Die: No change 2) Backend Assembly Bill of Materials: No change 3) Backend Assembly Process Flow: Some part numbers change from Pad type to Padless type. SUBJECT: Assembled Device Marking Format Changes and Outer Box/Bag Label Format Changes - Change to the assembled device marking format The change affects the date code and tracking number identification. This change does not affect the form, fit or function of the product. See attached for more details - Change to the box label format: The paper sticker label found on the outer box or bag will see a format change that incorporates the Littelfuse logo along with the IXYS logo. The printed information remains the same (PN, Qty, Lot #, date code, country of origin). The change allows for a improved readability. This change does not affect the form, fit or function of the product. REMARKS: This changes from the original IXYS Corporation marking/labeling format to the new IXYS LLC-USA format is being done to conform to the SAP product management system requirements of our parent company Littelfuse Corporation.

As Littelfuse already noticed in previous Pre-PCN# ESW490-42, we are ongoing qualifying alternative source to retain our supply chain due to Russia Sanction. Due to large scope of project, Littelfuse already divided PCN into four phases and below is the estimated timeline accordingly.
Like so many of you, we are deeply saddened by the events and images coming from the war in Ukraine and condemn what we strongly believe to be an unjustified and unprovoked invasion by Russia. We are announcing today that we will suspend all business activities within the Russian Federation, impacting both sales of products and the supply of materials from Russia. As consequence of this decision, supply of certain products will be impacted by disruption to our supply chains, namely: 1) Certain Schottky Gen1 and Gen2 diode discrete products including DSA, DSB, DSS, DSSK and FUS series in all packages. 2) Certain bipolar power module products including MCC, MCD, MDD, MCR, MCA, MCK, MDA, MDK and MDO series products in 50mm, 60mm, 70mm and 77mm pressure contact module packages. Please note that solder contact modules are not impacted. At this time, we have very limited alternative options. 3) Certain high power (hockey puck) thyristor products induing N series 19mm, 25mm and 34mm electrode diameter. In most cases alternative options are available. Please contact your local representative for assistance.
