The ISL12022IBZ is a low power real time clock with battery-backed SRAM and embedded temperature compensation, available in surface mount SOIC-8 package.

This device features clock and calendar, power fail, low battery monitor, brownout indicator, single periodic or polled alarms, intelligent battery-backup switching, Battery Reseal function and 128 bytes of battery-backed user SRAM.
