The SP3070EEN-L/TR is a differential line transceivers, suitable for bidirectional communication. It is available in 14 pin SOIC package.

This device include built-in short-circuit protection and a thermal-overload shutdown to protect against excessive power dissipation from bus contention or cable faults.
