Microchip | MIC4429YMM

The MIC4429YMM is a inverting low side MOSFET driver with a peak output current of 6 A, available in surface mount MSOP-8 package.

This device can replace three or more discrete components, reducing PCB area requirements, simplifying product design, and reducing assembly cost. The rail-to-rail swing capability insures adequate gate voltage to the MOSFET during power up/down sequencing.
