The LF50ABPT-TR is a 5 V output voltage, 500 mA output current and very low drop voltage regulator with inhibit, available in surface mount  POWERPAK-5 package.

This device is suitable for low noise, low power applications and specially in battery powered systems. This device is qualified according to the specification AEC-Q100 of the Automotive market, in the temperature range - 40 °C to 125 °C, and the statistical tests PAT, SYL, SBL are performed
