The MIC22600YTSE TR is a high-efficiency synchronous buck (step-down) regulator with 6 A integrated switch.

The MIC22600 is optimized for highest efficiency and achieves more than 90% efficiency, while still switching at 1 MHz over a broad load range with only 1 µH inductor and down to 47 µF output capacitor.
