The part numbers will be transferred from Outside vendor, China to Outside Vendor, China. There will be no expected impact on the form, fit, or function of the affected products at this time. The transfer will be conducted in accordance with a strict internal procedure designed to ensure that product quality, supply capability, and form-fit-function remain unaffected.Reason for Changes:As part of our continuous process improvement and demand analysis, we are optimizing the value stream of part numbers in scope of this PCN. This transfer supports customer needs for shorter lead-times and streamlined operations. The new manufacturing site is certified to industry standards, and internal qualification based on our specifications will be completed before shipments of any new product to ensure performance and compliance.First Ship Date of Changed Items (Changed Parts Only): 26-JUN-2026
