Description of Change: Change Safety Standards from CSA to CULReason for Change: CTS always aims at maintaining a high safety standard for our Switch Products. We have obtained both UL and CSA certifications which comply with the safety standards of USA and Canada. The United States and Canada have a Mutual Recognition Agreement (MRA) that provides for a mutual recognition of each other. To improve the management efficiency, CTS plans to transfer the certification of CSA to UL and change the safety mark correspondingly from CSA to CUL since its performance remains unchanged. Products with CUL mark have been verified to comply with Canadian safety standards, it should also be available for sale in Canadian territory. The conversion to CUL certification will be effective about 2022.12.1 and the maintenance certification for CSA will be stopped on 2022.12.31. CTS would like to notify our valued customers that the mark conversion will start from December, 2022, while all our products will be changed to CUL in the year 2023.
