The BD6232FP-E2 is a Part of BD623 Series 32 V 2 A mA surface mount H-Bridge drivers for DC Brush Motor applications available in HSOP-25 Package.Each IC can opperate at a range of power supply voltage from 3 V to 36 V supporting output currents of upto 2 A.
