The TC1015-1.8VCT713 is a Part of TC1015 Series 100 mA 1.8 V CMOS Low Dropout Regulator with Shutdown, Available in 23-5 Pin SOT Package.

The TC1015 are high accuracy (typically ±0.5%) CMOS upgrades for older (bipolar) Low Dropout Regulators (LDOs) such as the LP2980.
