Microchip | MIC4575-3.3WU

The MIC4575-3.3WU is a 200 kHZ BiCMOS step-down (buck) switch-mode voltage regulator with a fixed output voltage of 3.3 V, available in surface mount TO-263-5 package.

This device is available in 3.3 V, and 5 V fixed output versions or a 1.23 V to 20 V adjustable output version capable of driving a 1 A load with excellent line and load regulation.
