The 1N5956BG is a lead free RoHS complaint zener voltage regulator with a min voltage of 190 V and a max voltage of 210 V. and a leakage current of 152 V. The 1N5956BG also has a max. steady state power dissipation of 3 W and a steady state power dissipation of 1 W.
