The MMSZ13T1G is a part of MMSZ13 series zener diode voltage regulator. It has a storage temperature ranging from -55°C to +150°C and its available in SOD-123 package.
Three complete series of Zener diodes are offered in the convenient, surface mount plastic SOD-123 package. These devices provide a convenient alternative to the leadless 34-package style.
