The 74VHCT374AMTCX is an Advanced high speed CMOS octal D-Type Flip-Flop with 3-STATE output, fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. Available in TSSOP-20 package.

This device can be used to interface 3 V to 5 V systems and two supply systems such as battery back up. This circuit prevents device destruction due to mismatched supply and input voltages.

  • High speed fMAX = 140 MHz (typ) at TA = 25°C
  • High noise immunity VIH = 2.0 V, VIL = 0.8 V
  • Power down protection is provided on all inputs and outputs
  • Low power dissipation ICC = 4 µA (max) @ TA = 25°C
