The STM32F101VFT6TR is a part of STM32F1 Series XL-density access line, ARM-based 32-bit MCU with 768 KB to 1 MB Flash, 15 timers, 1 ADC and 10 communication interfaces. It has an Operating temperature ranges b/w -40 °C to 85 °C and available in a 100-LQFP Package.

The STM32F101xF access line family incorporates the highperformance ARM® Cortex™-M3 32-bit RISC core operating at a 36 MHz frequency, highspeed embedded memories (Flash memory up to 1 Mbyte and SRAM of 80 Kbytes), and an extensive range of enhanced I/Os and peripherals connected to two APB buses. All devices offer one 12-bit ADC, ten general-purpose 16-bit timers, as well as standard and advanced communication interfaces: up to two I2Cs, three SPIs and five USARTs.
