Reason for Change: Move to new expanded facility 6km away required to provide improved effiencies and increased capacity to better support customer demands. Provide added space for the addition of lighting fixture assembly to support the Region and Australia.

Product is form, fit, function and reliability the same with only a facility move to a larger Penang, Malaysia Site.
Description of change: Transfer the part numbers of 550,551,553 built in Roxboro NC USA to the Dialight, Penang Malaysia Facility. Reason for change: To eliminate the reliance on the automatic machines in Roxboro NC that are 20 years old and require major constant repairs. The Malaysia facility already builds these products as well on semi-automatic flow lines and capacity is available. Penang�s capacityload was studied prior to making the decision to move the Roxboro production and it was determined that the Penang facility hassufficient manufacturing capacity to absorb the Roxboro production. Penang already molds the housings for these part numbers.Disposition of Old Product:Deplete P/Ns of product in stock and built in USA within a 3 month timeframe.
