The OPL820-OC is a photologic hermetic sensor, available in standard glass lensed hermatic TO-18 package.

This device consists of a photodiode, a linear amplifier and a schmitt trigger on a single monolithic silicon chip. The outout is an NPN transistor with either a 10 k pull-up resistor to Vcc or an open collector.
